TERMS OF SERVICE
INTRODUCTION
UPDATED ON June 2, 2026 (BRT GMT-3)
BUSINESS HOURS: Tuesday through Saturday, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM (BRT, GMT-3)
Before commissioning @heyfl0ra, please read these Terms of Service carefully and review my business hours. These terms are intended to ensure a clear, professional, and respectful experience for both the artist and the client.
By placing a commission, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
1 . COMMISSIONS
• I offer artistic freedom (SFW only).
• The maximum number of characters (OCs) I can include in a single artwork is five (5).
• I reserve the right to decline any commission based on its complexity, scope, or nature.
• If any NSFW artwork or references of the character are provided, they must be properly censored.
2 . COMMISSION CONTENT POLICY

3 . REVISIONS AND CHANGES
I accept revisions before the commission is finalized. Once the artwork has been completed, no further revisions will be accepted.
• This policy does not apply to reference sheets, which have a revision period of up to two (2) weeks after completion.
Examples of permitted revisions:
• Adding earrings, necklaces, or piercings.
• Minor details or changes to eye color.
REFSHEETS
Reference sheets include a revision period of two (2) weeks after completion. Once this period has expired, any additional changes will incur an extra fee.
Permitted revisions:
• Color palette adjustments.
• Eye details.
• Adding or removing simple elements.
• This policy applies to revision requests made after the reference sheet has been completed.
If I accidentally overlook a specific character detail provided in the original references, please let me know and I will correct it.
4 . CHARACTER DESIGN
• I offer character design services exclusively as part of a reference sheet commission. An additional fee will apply due to the extra work, planning, and detail involved.
➥ For character design commissions, clients may provide a document (DOC or PDF format) containing any information, ideas, references, or details necessary for the creation of the character and artwork.
5 . PAYMENT TERMS
• Full payment is required upfront. Please ensure you send proof of payment after completing the transaction.
REFUND POLICY
You may request a refund within three (3) hours of payment. After this period, refunds will no longer be available.
➥ If I do not deliver the commission and have not started the artwork, I will issue a full refund.

Payments made via PayPal or similar platforms may be subject to additional transaction fees, depending on the platform’s policies.
6 . RUSH COMMISSIONS
• Rush commissions are commissions with a specific deadline and are given priority in the commission queue.
➥ Rush commissions must not be used to unfairly bypass the queue or gain priority without proper agreement.
➥ Rush commissions are subject to an additional fee, which may vary depending on the complexity and type of artwork requested.
• For scheduled or rush commissions, please contact me at least 1–2 months in advance, or as early as possible.
• Delivery will be made one day before the deadline or on the agreed deadline, depending on your preference.
➥ GIFTS: If the commission is intended as a gift for another person, it is the client’s responsibility and right to specify whether or not the artwork (including work-in-progress and final pieces) may be posted publicly.
7 . COMMISSION QUEUE
• To access the commission queue, please visit the app or website TRELLO.COM. I will provide the link to my Trello queue after payment is confirmed.
➥ Rush commissions always have priority in the queue.
• ORDER OF COMMISSIONS: There is no strict ordering system; however, simpler commissions are usually completed faster (such as chibis and icons).
• Clients are welcome to request access to the commission queue at any time to track the progress of their order.
• If your name does not appear in the queue within three (3) days after payment, please contact me at @heyfl0ra.
8 . T.A.T (TURNAROUND TIME)
Turnaround time may vary depending on the number of commissions in the queue. The following estimates apply when the queue is empty:

9 . ADOPT TERMS
• When reselling an adoptable created by me, it must be resold for the same price it was originally purchased for.
• Do not sexualize or use the adoptable for Nazi/totalitarian ideologies, criminal activity, hate speech, zoophilic or pedophilic content, political propaganda, or fetish-related content.
PERMITTED CHANGES
• Color palette adjustments and minor details, as long as they are not drastic or do not make the character unrecognizable.
• Gender or sexuality changes.
• Species changes (as long as they remain similar to the original concept).
• Name changes (as long as they are not offensive or inappropriate).
If you transfer the adoptable to another person, you must also pass along these terms to prevent future issues.
